Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, the most anticipated game of 2016, has been delayed for a third time until May 10 2016. Yes that’s right not once, not twice, but thrice!
President and CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment America Shawn Layden wrote on the PlayStation Blog, “In an effort to meet the considerable worldwide demand, and to ensure that all gamers worldwide have the opportunity to play the game on day one, we have chosen to postpone the launch of the game by two weeks to allow for extra manufacturing time.”
“We know this news might be disappointing, and we are sorry to have to make you wait a little longer to play Naughty Dog’s latest. The good news is that the game is phenomenal — we are fully confident that it will be worth the wait and the team at Naughty Dog is eager as ever for you to experience Nathan Drake’s final adventure” Layden concluded.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End marks the return of one of Sony’s biggest game franchises and is set several years after the conclusion of the Uncharted 3 storyline. In the latest instalment retired fortune hunter Nathan Drake is dran back into the world of thieves and embarks on an epic journey in pursuit of a historical conspiracy behind a legendary pirate treasure. Forcing him to question what he’s willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves.
