E3 2018 has come and gone presenting gamers with a smorgasbord of games that will be coming to our lounge rooms in the next 12 months and beyond. After watching hours of presentations and trailers we have put together some of our favourite games from a mixture of PC, PS4, XBox, and Nintendo, as well as a few highlights from the VR projects presented this year at E3.
A highlight for Star Wars fans was the announcement of Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order. A game set in the timeline between Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars: A New Hope allowing a world of possible interactions with your favourite characters from the prequels, The Clones Wars, Star Wars Rebels and Rogue One. So what better place to start our list then with – Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order.
Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order
From Respawn Entertainment comes a brand-new action adventure game which tells an original Star Wars™ story around a surviving Padawan set shortly after the events of Star Wars™: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith™. Anthem
On a world left unfinished by the gods, humanity struggles to survive in a savage environment. Equipped with incredible Javelin exosuits, a faction known as the Freelancers seeks to tip the balance in mankind’s favor. Available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One in early 2019.
Cyberpunk 2077
A role-playing game of the dark future set in a futuristic dystopian metropolis of Night City, California. From CD PROJEKT RED, creators of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt the game will be available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One, but doesn’t yet have a release date.
Beyond Good and Evil 2
Embark on this epic space adventure with us and journey to System 3, for the prequel to one of Ubisoft’s most beloved games! In Beyond Good & Evil 2, you are your own space pirate captain who is free to choose your own path in this vast open universe. Play the adventure by yourself or with friends in a vast and seamless online playground.
The Division 2
Seven months have passed since a deadly virus hit New York City and the rest of the world, crippling the population. When the virus hit, The Division, a unit of civilian sleeper agents, was activated as the last line of defense. Since then, Division agents have been fighting relentlessly to save what remains.
For The Division, the stakes are higher than ever. Washington, D.C. – the most heavily protected city on earth – is at risk, leaving the entire nation on the brink of collapse. If Washington, D.C., is lost, then the nation falls. As a Division agent who has been in the field for seven months, you and your team are the last hope to stop the fall of society after the pandemic collapse. The Division 2 is set for release on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on March 19, 2019.
Fallout 76
Bethesda Game Studios, the award-winning creators of Skyrim and Fallout 4, welcome you to Fallout 76, the online prequel where every surviving human is a real person. Work together, or not, to survive. Under the threat of nuclear annihilation, you’ll experience the largest, most dynamic world ever created in the legendary Fallout universe. A release date has not yet been officially announced, but rumours suggest we could see Fallout 76 as early as July 2018.
Forza Horizon 4
For the first time in the racing and driving genre, experience dynamic seasons in a shared open-world. Explore beautiful scenery, collect over 450 cars, and become a Horizon Superstar in historic Britain. Forza Horizon 4 is coming to PC and Xbox One on October 2, 2018.
Ghost of Tsushima
In 1274, the fearsome Mongol Empire invades the Japanese island of Tsushima and slaughters its legendary samurai defenders. Jin Sakai is one of the last survivors of a noble samurai clan. To combat his overwhelming foes, he must pioneer deadly new fighting techniques–the way of The Ghost–and wage an unconventional war for the people of Japan.
Ghost of Tsushima is a PS4 exclusive and doesn’t yet have a release date.
Halo Infinite
The Master Chief returns in Halo Infinite – the next chapter of the legendary franchise. Developed by 343 Industries and created with our new Slipspace Engine, Halo Infinite was revealed at the Xbox E3 2018 Briefing with a thrilling engine demo that provides a glimpse into the future of the Halo franchise, leading it into new and unexpected directions. Halo Infinite will be released for PC and Xbox One, but Microsoft has yet to announce a release date.
Battletoads
In partnership with DLaLa Studios, they’re back! Or, at least they will be in 2019. The original Battletoads is widely thought of as one of the toughest games ever made. And I agree with that as it is still on my list of games I must defeat all these years on – the pain of Battletoads has never left me and now we get to face each other once more.
The Elder Scrolls VI
Currently in pre-production at Bethesda Game Studios, the acclaimed developers of Skyrim and Fallout 4. The highly-anticipated next chapter in the iconic The Elder Scrolls series. Release date to be confirmed.
Resident Evil 2
The genre-defining masterpiece Resident Evil 2 returns, completely re-built from the ground up for a deeper narrative experience. Using Capcom’s proprietary RE Engine, Resident Evil 2 offers a fresh take on the classic survival horror saga with breathtakingly realistic visuals, heart-poundingly immersive audio, a new over-the-shoulder camera, and modernized controls on top of gameplay modes from the original game. The nightmares return reimagined for the PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®4 Pro on January 25, 2019.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider
Shadow of the Tomb Raider showcases the high-octane action, inner conflict, and challenges that will lead to Lara Croft’s defining moment. As she races to save the world from a Maya apocalypse, Lara must master a deadly jungle, overcome terrifying tombs, and persevere through her darkest hour before being forged into the Tomb Raider she is destined to be. Shadow of the Tomb Raider will be available on September 14th, 2018 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC/Steam.
Spider-Man
Marvel’s Spider-Man features your favorite web-slinger in a story unlike any before it. Now a seasoned Super Hero, Peter Parker has been busy keeping crime off the streets as Spider-Man. Just as he’s ready to focus on life as Peter, a new villain threatens New York City. Faced with overwhelming odds and higher stakes, Spider-Man must rise up and be greater. Spider-Man releases exclusively for the PS4 on September 7, 2018.
Twin Mirror
Sam, a 33-year old man recovering from a recent break-up, returns to his hometown Basswood, West Virginia, for the funeral of his best friend. Understandably depressed and bitter, he feels completely out of sorts and out of place… But when he wakes up in his hotel room with a bloody shirt and no memory of his whereabouts the previous night, he embarks on a twisted investigation to find the truth in this Silent Hill-esque mind bender. Twin Mirror is set for release on PC, PS4 and Xbox One in 2019.
The Last of Us Part 2
The Last of Us Part II is an intense, beautiful, harrowing, and emotionally moving ride. At its core, The Last of Us is still very much about Ellie and Joel and showcases several new characters that are integral to their next journey.
The Last of Us Part II will be released exclusively on the PS4 but doesn’t yet have a release date.

Stormland

Creed: Rise to Glory
Like a high-profile title fight gearing up for the first bell, Survios’s Creed: Rise to Glory continues to grow with hype and anticipation leading up to its fall 2018 release. We’re thrilled to bring the cinematic drama of training with the legendary Rocky Balboa and duking it out with a variety of champions in the sport’s most renowned rings to PlayStation VR.
